1. PLATFORM NATURE

• Loghil is ONLY an advertising platform. We provide space for classified ads.
  We are NOT:
• An escort agency or service provider
• Involved in arranging, facilitating, or providing any services
• Responsible for bookings, appointments, or payments between users
• Liable for advertiser conduct, safety, or legitimacyLegal Status: We operate as an “intermediary” under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. User-advertiser interactions are private matters between those parties.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ and legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction.
• Advertisers must register with accurate details and safeguard their account credentials.
• Advertisers must provide accurate registration information

3. Our Role

• Advertising Only: We provide a platform for listings; we do not arrange, facilitate, or participate in any services, bookings, or payments.
• Independent Content: All ads and profiles are user-generated. We do not verify service providers or endorse content.

4. Content Requirements

• Accuracy: Ads must truthfully describe services, availability, and rates.
• Ownership: Upload only images and text you own or have rights to.
• Prohibited Material: No minors, non-consensual acts, bestiality, extreme violence, illegal activities, or copyrighted materials without permission.
• Review & Removal: We review all submissions and may remove or suspend any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Methods: Major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
• Duration: Ads run for 7, 15, or 30 days; payment must clear before publication.
• Refunds: Full refunds only if an ad remains unpublished; post-publication refunds only for platform errors.

6. User Conduct & Disputes

• Comply with all applicable laws and respect others’ rights.
• Any disputes between users or advertisers are private matters; we do not mediate.

7. Liability

• “As Is” Basis: The platform is provided without warranties.
• We are not liable for ad content, user interactions, or site interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

• All site design, logos, and branding are the property of Loghil.
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content.

9. Changes & Notices

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
• Significant changes will be posted on-site and emailed to registered advertisers.
